Our Group
Thomas Regulatory Consulting Group was founded on the principle that you should have greater command over the value of your years of professional experience. It’s why we’re structured to support a network of independent contractors, placing you in control and allowing you to experiment with as much or as little of a consulting life as you choose. It’s this thinking that has led us to use of the word “Group” in our name.
Quality and Regulatory Operations
Similar to temp/contract assignments, QA/RA Operations opportunities are time limited engagements where you will perform the tasks of a regular QA/RA employee with one of our clients.
Consulting
Traditional consulting engagements are typically around a specific issue, initiative, remediation, or similarly focused topic area (e.g. Risk File remediation, procedure development, product submission)
Audit
Evaluation of a client Quality System. This can be a full system, single element evaluation, mock QSIT or MDSAP, or serve as a client internal audit. Unlike consulting, it does not include remediation services.
Incentives and Compensation

Each engagement is different. One may be a two-day remote audit, while another a four-month on-site activity requiring unique experience.
To handle this, we will come to a mutually agreed compensation rate before you accept any engagement.
